Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 10 days of original purchase date.

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange when item has been returned with contents intact and unused. Return requests will be processed within 7 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer. A return label will sent to you via email to send the product back once it’s approved. Refunds will be applied directly to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. If you have any questions regarding our return/refund process, feel free to contact us.

All products sold during a Qilo Co. promotion are FINAL, and are not subject to Qilo Co standard refund/return policy. A Special Promotion is defined as any sale/promotion of product, below the currently advertised MSRP.

We strive to make all customers satisfied in every way. If you feel that your reason for returning the product or requesting a refund is valid, we will listen carefully to your request and respond in a timely and courteous manner. If you purchased our product through a retailer or a distributor, please go to the original purchase location for any returns or exchanges.
